THE PROGRAM

  • Zero Cookie Cutters — your program is completely customized to you. Your first Nutrition Rehab appointment is 60 minutes, with follow-up appointments being 30 minutes. Most patients will need between 3-6 visits to complete their Rehab.
  • During your Rehab you will:
    • Do an in-depth assessment of your functional metabolic markers to target what is and isn’t working with your current nutrition so that we can understand what your most powerful change will be
    • Identify your Nutrition Secret — this is usually the reason that nothing is working.
    • Learn at-home tools to identify your inflammatory foods — free and more accurate than blood tests!
    • Find your sugar sweet spot to stop riding the sugar roller coaster
    • Effortlessly let go of emotional eating and cravings
    • Normalize cholesterol and other inflammatory markers
    • Resolve major health issues — Participants have resolved chronic pain, fibromyalgia, GERD, insomnia, constipation. fatigue, depression, autoimmunity, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, migraines
